"The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way...

"Unfortunately very few staff speak English especially at front desk. There was no direction as to how to get your room cleaned. Housekeeping does not have a key therefore our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for water in the room which is a must as you do not drink from the tap. The pool was long but the birds like to swim in it so I do t trust the cleanliness. The view was pretty but there are no chairs on the beach which is on the shores of a marina . Overall I would not stay again. I...

"Great place to stay, staff very helpful. Iquitos is a VERY noisy city and so it is lovely to find a hotel that has rooms away from the main road, and therefore quiet! Bar and minibar prices very reasonable. I would definitely return, but ask for Room 106 which has a kitchenette!"

The staff was alright, mostly nice, we like that they had some boardgames and books available, spacious and clean room, nicely decorated, but since one of Pisco's main road travelsnjust outside the property it was very noisy, difficult to sleep or to appreciate the beach and nature, in the pictures that road doean't show (good publicity/marketing) but it waa kind of annoying that for that price I couldn't rest well"

"They try to make us pay twice for the room. Be careful as they are know to steal your passport and personal items. We gave the passport to be copy and he try to steal it to black mail us. It also happen to the couple before us who try to check in. Beware of scam and be careful about your passport. They can lock you in the hotel so be very careful if you are women or travel alone. "This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. The property is a few steps away from a private beach with spectaular views. The service was also great!
