"Only stayed one night. Bed comfortable but no electrical socket next to the bed which made it difficult to charge mobile. Breakfast good. Hotel looks a little tired. "

"Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! The late hour of arrival made it a bit of a hobsons choice but it turned out that every cloud has a silver lining! The set menu was superb as were the staff. "The perfect location for the Cathedral, the castle & the old town. Views from the room were fabulous. A 3* traditional Spanish hotel. Very helpful at reception on arrival. Excellent adjacent underground parking (fee payable). Have booked a second night on return journey through Spain."

"The hotel's location isn't the best in terms of being central in Burgos and the neighbourhood isn't the most attractive. However, the hotel itself was clean and the room quiet and the service was attentive. There was a bit of confusion about breakfast because there really wasn't much on offer except some croissants in cling film -- this appeared to be a Corona restriction and not any fault of the hotel."

"We were made to feel most welcome and the service was exceptional; forget the star rating, it’s 5 stars for experience. Greta facilities and restaurant, cafe for less formal dining. We will stay again at the end of our holiday on way back to boat. I would recommend to anyone wanting a stop over which is family and pet orientated.
