"We loved the tranquility of the area and the lovely staff. It was cold and very bad weather, but the room was warm ! We got a room upgrade, also! So nothing but good about this place!"

"A short winter visit. Chose a small room, which was basic but more than suitable for our needs, no issues with cleanliness. Room got cleaned everyday. Shower worked well, no issues with hot water. AirCon available but didn't use. Radiators could be turned off, room would be hot with them left on, we had no issues with temperature. TV with remote in the room. You could hear other rooms but everything seemed to go silent around 10pm. Found the owners & staff friendly, the hotel felt like a home...

"This hotel is located a 10 minute drive from Parma so not an ideal location. Although they have a restaurant, they had a convention going on so they only had a disappointing buffet menu. Nice room and staff."

"The pool was nice, and the view from the balcony was pretty. Most of the staff was friendly but the main staff member was condescending. I’ve traveled a lot in Europe, and my stay here was the first time I felt disrespected and looked down upon. "

"The property needs some improvement, especially on the bathroom side, and thee swimming pool even if 'fit for purpose' would need extra care; breakfast is particularly poor even if it is appreciated serving homemade cakes alongside croissants - improvements are needed in the egg preparation and related. With such improvements the property could certainly become a 3***Plus and be the better one around."
