"This is a nice hotel in a relatively nice area. We have stayed in the area before. The hotel is a little dated but nice enough. Our toilet needs a little work. Had to get up in the night and repair the flapper to stop it from running. We would stay here again. "

"This was a beautiful and clean hotel. It was quiet and the beds weee so comfortable. Easy check in and parking. The staff kept the rooms so clean. Breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. Beautiful area and shopping and good restaurants near by. We would definitely stay there again."

"I usually stay here every time I'm in Knoxville because the rooms are reasonable, nice, and staff know me. There were a few stains on my comforter but other than that everything was fine. I'm sure if I would've asked for another one I would've gotten it, but I was ready to go to sleep. "
