"I liked that there was a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were pretty good quality. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I didn't like the fact that the hot breakfast items were not kept hot enough and some items were under cooked. Overall, a good stay. "

"Overall, the property offers good value for money. In terms of the room itself, it appears to be recently renovated. The room and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately, there were stains on the towels and bedsheet that were provided. This is something that hotel management can and should easily address to ensure future guests can have a more pleasant stay. Parking may be scarce if you return to the hotel late at night, especially if hotel guests own multiple cars. We didn't face any issues...

"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...
