"I noticed that the window in our room was put in backwards so that the locks did not work. The locking mechanism was in the middle of two sliding panes instead of where the window meets the window frame, so the hooks could not engage with the lock openings in the window frame. I felt this was a safety issue as anyone could slide open the windows. I noticed that all the windows I walked past outside were also erroneously installed as I walked by them outside. Grounds mgmt should flip the windows...

"The experience was good and in a remote hill top and access way to ski areas. The app I was not able to download and had a little trouble figuring out where to find food (take out) from nearby restaurants and there was no printed guide to the area. The setting was nice. But I never met anyone from the inn which was a different experience than I am used to. Otherwise everything worked fine. And check out via text was perfect. I would go back again."
