Nhia, I would like to first of all apologize for the experience. Our guests are many and varied and race does not play a roll in guest service. We pride ourselves in taking care of all guests equally. Our staff are also racially diverse. I am not aware your specific circumstance however, I can imagine our morning staff getting busy as they have multiple roles. This may have cause a distraction or momentarily with other guests or with other tasks, but they would never intentionally be biased to any racial group. Once again, I am sorry for the issue you had.
