"Cute little apartment. When we checked in, David showed us around, explaining how to use the TV, etc., and where important items were located. The Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. We had requested a baby bed, and it was there and set up for us when we arrived. The hosts were polite and very helpful. "Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....
