"We stayed here for one night to see at concert and had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was clean and felt cozy. We had great service at the front desk and had an easy time checking in and out. Our only issue was the parking situation. We opted out of the valet parking and chose to use the free parking lot across the street. Unfortunately we were scammed by a fake attendant and received a parking ticket. "

"We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival. "I was in town for a birthday gathering. I surprised my best friend by decorating her room before she arrived. The room was beautiful and spacious. The balcony and bedroom was nice with a city view. The bathrooms are Gorgeous. I would Definitely stay again. "
