"This place was so much nicer than I expected for the rate. The suite was clean, well maintained and well equipped. My suite had its own clothes washer +drier! Plus responsive staff, and they have literally thought of everything. They had an umbrella I could check out! The closest thing to a downside is that they only serve breakfast and no other meals in the restaurant. But with a mall about a 2 minute walk away, it didn't matter. "

"The property had all the things you need and was in close walking distance of the market and other attractions. It was clear and the receptionist was great. There is no baggage stor as listed but the receptionist took our bags which was really nice. It was very loud, loud music untill late in neighbouring properties one night and a fight the next, tram noise which is to be expected. Overall a good stay in well furnished apartment."

"Clean, comfortable and modern, central location with easy access to everywhere you want to go by foot or public transportation. Living area in the executive suite was smaller than expected. Check-in was not smooth; same thing people have complained about - the digital key via the app didn't work; inconvenient when you're tired after a long trip. They did respond quickly and sent someone to give us the physical keys. The digital key worked the next day."

"Hello, we stayed in this property for two nights. It was advertised as a very nice location on your website, however the actual condition is different. Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything. "Bold Hotel Frankfurt is a very well renovated apart-style hotel located in the suburbs 5 minutes away from an S-bahn and tram system. The single studio that I stayed it was absolutely excellent as it came with a very modern design and quite spacious, coming with an extra bonus of the studio kitchen. (the pictures actually don't do it justice, the room was bigger than my student accommodations!) One big gripe one would argue is the lack of air conditioning, which might be a must in the summer...
