Absolutely fantastic hotel in a perfect location at the Dubai Marina. Our stay was excellent. It was close to the Metro, and the tram with easy access to the center of Dubai as well as the beach and Palm Jumeirah. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Dubai.

We had such a fantastic time at the Crowne Plaza Dubai marina. It caters well for families and we would give it top marks for customer satisfaction. The location on the marina is fantastic, with a short walk to the marina mall, mini kids playgrounds and a nicer say 15 minute walk to JBR. Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. The most memorable part of our stay was the customer service. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels. Staff here were some of the best we've interacted with. I'd like to thank the staff on the reception desk for a great welcome and quickly trying to rectify the booking cost discrepancy. We would like to offer a huge thank you to Hom. He took a proactive effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Hom hailed cabs, gave advice on the best way to get to our sight seeing locations and generally welcomed us every day with a huge smile and offer of help. As we would come from breakfast we found ourselves looking around for Hom. The manager at dinner time and breakfast staff (particularly Daniel) we're also role models of fantastic service. The food was nice and there was an array of choice at both breakfast and dinner time. There was also a nice sweet treat display for children every morning which was nice. If we come back to dubai this would definitately be at the top of our list for hotel stays. Thank you Crowne Plaza DM!

Good Hotel, great location but not a 5 star
Its a nice hotel but missing the normal grandeur you would expect from a 5* hotel in Dubai. At best it should be a 4* hotel. Plus is the location and easy access to the Marina Promenade, which is brilliant if you fancy a late night walk around the Marina. We booked 4 rooms for a family get together for 27 nights in total but when we reached none of the preferences given in advance were taken care of (all rooms on the same floor etc.) plus the lady at the reception "Monalisa" was not helpful (borderline rude) until she realised that I am also an IHG member. She plainly refused to offer all rooms on the same floor but later another staff "Kheroda" was very apologetic and worked with us to offer all rooms on the same floor. Breakfast is good, lots of options and great timings (available till 11am) but based on my experience of multiple other hotels in Dubai, I would probably only give 3/4* to the breakfast.

This hotel turned out every bit as good as all of the reviews I read beforehand. The service is excellent and the staff personify courteousness. The location is excellent right on the marina and a 12 minute stroll to the beach. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!!!

Great experience!
Everyone was super helpful! Mona Lisa was absent at check in and things only got better - with excellent service all round. Only downside was pool didn’t get a lot of sun - but we still enjoyed relaxing around the pool.

Location is perfect, right on the Marina and next to Mall with a short walk to JBR and Bluewaters. Staff all friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely and we had a view of the Marina. Didn't use pool area which looked small, we did have massages which were amazing. Hotel was busy yet we never heard any noise, even over Christmas and New Year. Will definitely use again!

Get a Club room
We had club lounge included and it was fabulous mostly because of Marsella’s hospitality. Always smiling, polite, friendly & professional. The breakfast was fantastic with great coffee and lots of options, different food each day. The room was clean and a good size fridge in the room is not so great, never really got cold.
