This hotel gets a B-. It's a fairly nice hotel with large rooms, but had a bunch of problems. Upon arrival, as I unpacked, I saw the outlet by the bed didn't work when I plugged in my charger. Didn't work for their lamp either. Called for help, while also noticing refrigerator was warm. Safe was iffy and had to learn work arounds. Outlet was fixed, new refrigerator came, and then next day saw another outlet was broken.
Room was otherwise comfy with good view, but location for tourists is terrible. Nothing around, have to walk 15 minutes to nearest metro.
In 4 day stay, towels not replaced twice, had to wait long while for replacement. Asked for note pad twice and 2nd toilet paper roll for security. Staff not always responsive. Travel desk was helpful.
Shower designed poorly. In bathtub with no curtain. No place to hang towel, so had to put on sink. Awkward.
Some staff friendly; others indifferent. Restaurant okay, but roof top cafe had nicer staff. English spoken by most, and that's helpful.
So, all in all, a hotel with comforts and discomforts, not cheap and in a dead area, save a nearby small market.
Wanted to add photos, but after pressing "add photo" many times it would not work, so gave up.
