On arrival we were early by half an hour so we decided to wait with others in a nice waiting space with sofas etc.We then waited 35 mins-some people were checked in before us who had just arrived, which was very frustrating. The checking in process was just poorly organised and really unprofessional. All the staff were around 18-20 which is fine but you could tell they were not organised.I think three tablets were working and check-in was at a "reception" which was a pool table and an area with stools. The area is a tram ride away from the centre and a bit dodgy in parts. The rooms and communal areas were lovely. It was really hot and no fans or aircon so we had the window open in our room but the road outside was so noisy, I dont think we had a decent sleep the whole time we were there. It was a place to sleep and shower as we were out all day and most of the night, done its job but just wish our check-in wasnt so frustrating and dragged out after travelling for hours. Will definitely be back to Dublin but maybe next time spend extra for a hotel.
