Parking lot was full and accessible. Had to park in another hotel and then walk back. No shampoo and no shower gel in the shower. The dispenser was empty. A lot of noise outside in the morning.

Only a one night stay for an early flight. But the staff were all very friendly at check in and check out. Silent room, blacked out curtains. Perfect for an early start.

The property was extremely clean. The staff on reception very efficient. Unfortunately, there is no vending machine in the property and no tea or coffee making facilities which means for a very dry stay. Also, the room was very hot

The hotel next door, novotel, had a great lounge. I checked in 10 PM, and the front desk clerk sent me over when I inquired about good draft beer

There was not adequate dining facilities, it required the use of the neighboring hotel. It was not possible to operate the air conditioning, therefore the room was warm and stuffy, temperature outside was in the 26 degrees. There was no wake up call facility. There is no form of shuttle transfer to the airport from the hotel, I was expecting this to be available as the hotel is called 'Ibis Düsseldorf Airport'.

Good, and convenient hotel close to the airport (walking distance) Good breakfast. Only issue is very poor and unstable water pressure in the shower.

Good for one night
The hotel is very clean. My room was convenient, TV had many programs on several languages. The only problem is location. It is close to the airport but not a walking distance. There is a bus connection or taxi. The first is not easy to find and the second makes the stay not so cheap.
