"From the arrival where the facility was very presentable and clean to our checkout- our stay was great! Rooms are one of the cleanest I’ve experienced in hotels. Staff is very courteous and helpful!! Have a variety of eateries to choose from for all family members- that was a plus!:) I appreciated that the pool was family friendly and very clean! Great stay!"

"The room carpet was terribly stained and the room had a musty smell, I dropped something behind the bed and it was filthy behind it, don’t think it’s has ever been cleaned. An hour in to our stay went to go have a shower and there was no water pressure, went to the front desk to find out that the whole building was having a problem and that they were working on it. No apologies, no informing the guests that they had no water or informing them when it it was fixed, Never plan to stay there again"
