Formerly a submarine factory, this accommodation now boosts brilliant features and has a vibrant food hall, with cuisines from around the world on the ground floor (note it shuts at 10pm, but worth checking if a band is playing). "Very clean and modern apartments. gated entry with key fob access. Apartments were spacious and very clean. Balcony terrace was a bonus. only negative was the front desk/concierge did not speak English. So communicating was difficult especially when trying to seek assistance with directions to local sites and to the airport when leaving."

The apartment was well appointed with modern furniture and comfortable bed. It is walking distance to the beach if you don't mind climbing many steep stairs. Parking is there but can be tricky at full occupancy. We had a bit of a mosquito problem, which could be helped by installing nets on windows.
