For a "small" hotel, they offer a decent free breakfast. They have a waffle maker, unlike other small hotel where it's only coffee and maybe a muffin. Staff are friendly. My room *212 was clean. I'm not sure if they don't put lotion in the bathroom because there was none, other than that i liked the room. The hotel has a small market / convenience store. I did not check out the fitness room.

We have stayed at this location a few times before. Everything is good except for using the tv. It’s not convenient.

We do love when our guests are returning customers. I do apologize about our tv system. We do have front desk staff around the clock ready to assist you.
This property is in a very rural part of Colorado so much of the things that were rated low are because of that but not something they can control. What they lacked they made up with kindness and great service. We were staying for my father's memorial and knew that we just needed a place that was clean and we could sleep in. The friendly service was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit my sister.

El hotel es muy acogedor y el staff en general muy servicial. Nosotros estuvimos tres noches por un evento y nos sentimos muy bien. Además lo que más gusto es que esta muy limpio.

Lovely staff and very nice clean hotel. Bed could be slightly more comfy but everything else was really great - staff are the best

Absolutely no light, chair arm broken and dangerous, hot water so hot it was dangerous, carpet is dirty, noisy from train and hi way and breakfast didn’t start until 7. It’s not the same place it was a few years ago. Terrible lighting. Wont stay again.

I am sorry you feel that way. I will definitely be looking into your hot water comment. I am not sure what you mean about lighting, as we have three lamps in each room. The switch on the wall when you first walk in controls all the lights for easy access. We have a front desk attendant around the clock that would have loved to assist you. We could have moved you to the west side of the hotel away from the highway. Breakfast hours have always been 7-10 on the weekends and 6-9 on the weekdays. I do hope you change your mind in the future.
We rented a suite and it was very large and comfortable. It did not have dish cleaning soap o dish towels but the great staff helped out.
I liked that there was a bar and food to purchase (microwave able)
The dining area was small.

How is it you can have a reservation made 6 months in advance fully paid for and they have zero record of it. Because their Skytouch system doesn’t sync with Expedia. So we arrive for our 5 day stay, they say we don’t have a reservation and they have no rooms and no ability to refund our money. Their manager did nothing to assist, they didn’t care. We have stayed here in the past many times same time of year zero issues. I can promise you they will never get our business again!

Hello William, We did not charge Expedia for the prepaid reservation.So, They could have given you the money back since you paid Expedia. We even paid the relocation fee, so for you to say we did not care, is far from true.

Unless you actually go through the hotel website, you don’t know there is not an elevator or help with luggage up 18 steps. I’ve had 6 back surgeries and this was difficult for me to do.
