"Carpet was filthy, stained, dirty and smelled from heavy cleaning fluids. Bathroom had loose paint in the tub ceiling, stains. Bottom line it was a dirty run motel. Don’t be fooled by the photos on there website. Dirty motel chain, not our first time done staying with Wyndham."

"We stayed 1 ngt with a pet got charged for 2 ngts i called them and they said they would take one off...nope 2 pet charges on my card...sorry service for such a easy fix!! Wont stay there again"

"We had a booking issue. Accidentally booked the room for the wrong date. We needed a room at 12:30am at night - last minute - to stop on our way to our destination. The room was accidentally reserved for the following day. I contacted support immediately. Less than a minute after confirming and realizing my mistake. Hotels.com said they would contact the manager of this property to have them accept to allow a refund. After numerous attempts to contact them - all of which were ignored, the website gave up and we don’t get a refund. We even stopped at the hotel and spoke with an employee. He attempted the contact the manager as we stood there. No response then either. Their lack of communication and disregard for other people is just sad. We will never stay at this hotel or a Baymont again. We understand the policy is no refund but even just allowing us to move the date to use the room or something would have shown some care. To just take our money with no response after repeated attempts shows their desperate need for the money. When we stopped at the hotel, we were glad we didn’t stay. It was sketchy and old. The Holiday Inn Express we found was much nicer and more accommodating."

"There is an elevator, The room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast good food for that. Entrance is nice. I would recommend. There is a pool there looks nice"

"Worst bed ever… fold out was nothing but stained springs. Had to argue with management for sheets and a blanket. The full was not any better. Pillows were nothing, but lumps. NO warm water at all!! Wires hanging out of whole in wall. The grounds were covered in trash. When the cold out is used it blocks the entire room so you can’t walk around. Don’t bother staying here."
