When my cousin and I got to the room it looked clean- nothing fancy- what you would expect for a small hotel upstate- but I woke up to BEDBUG BITES on my leg under my collar bone and behind my jaw- I pulled the sheets and found a bedbug- and I saw the cleaning lady she let us put our clothes and bags into the hotel dryer on high for 30 minutes to kill them and she also gave us a spray bottle with alcohol to spray down anything else- we took showers and waited in towels for the timer to go off for the dryer. During that time we saw another bug crawl out from between the mattresses. It was a scary experience and so scared of bringing these bugs home! The cleaning lady was nice but it’s the next day and I have about 20 bites on my body and they are about 50 times more itchy than a mosquito bite!

Corning downtown is like 5 minutes, and the bathtub could be little more cleaner. Its a nice place to stay and explore around.

Very nice stay overall and the staff was very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that there were ants all over the room. I would recommend the stay but also recommend better cleaning on the staffs part.
