"Rooms are clean and safe. Just really small. Nowhere to leave suitcase or even sit other than the bed. They could use more couches in the hallways and more common area since the room is only for sleeping. "

"The location of the hotel is super convenient to the train station and attractions of Lucerne. The room is spotlessly clean, the complimentary sparkling water was a very nice welcoming gesture to our stay; though the room is a bit small for 3 of us, but it is sufficient and functional. The bath tub is a savior to our day long hike, help us relax; highly recommended "

"Beautiful property with the most spectacular views and the staff are extremely helpful. They have a great kids club where Katalina was amazing with our son. Everything is very walkable and the nature around the hotel is indescribable. If you are into playing golf the Engelberg golf course is a must play"

"Amazing hotel with true 5 star amenities and service. Location is great, a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but within a few minutes walking distance. Opting for the lake view rooms is definitely worth it. Staff was also fantastic, especially at the front desk. They went above and beyond was expected from them. The only thing that falls short of 5* is the Juliette restaurant (which also serves the breakfast). Several dishes don't taste as good as you would expect. For instance, my egg benedcits were severed as hard boiled eggs! (staff happily replaced the dish but i had to wait another 10-15min)."
