"The breakfast was very good including the coffee (not everyone has good coffee). There is plenty of off street parking in a secure and well lit parking lot behind the building. There are actually 2 buildings and one appears to be all suites. I suggest you request a room in the suite building. You might also request a room towards the back of the building as street noise could be an issue for those who are light sleepers. Finally, if you plan to visit the wineries in the area plan to do so early...

"When they say this property was remodeled it is true and they did a wonderful job on the remodel. . This is conveniently located to I-79, tons of shopping and restaurants and also the Bayfront area which is a beautiful area that I knew was there until I was invited to lunch while in town. The staff is excellent from the time I checked in to the tie I checked out everyone was very polite and professional. The breakfast was very good and fresh with a wide variety of items. Stayed at numerous hotels with indoor pools and this one had the best sitting area and temperature was perfect- all the other hotels have always been much cooler and sometimes uncomfortable. Breakfast was great with more than just waffles. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Shopping and countless restaurants within about 15 minutes."

"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "
