The lady at the desk on Friday 02/23/2024 at around 6pm was very diligent. She was welcoming and very helpful. She was there the following morning as well and helped with informations. The breakfast was very limited and I had to eat eggs that had ham without knowing it. I don’t eat pork and the food was not labeled. It was very unprofessional. The lady in charge of the breakfast was not friendly at all. Asking my son and his friend to clean up after themselves. She did not ask anybody else but us. It was not appropriate

We were very satisfied with our stay. My wife's main concern is the cleanliness of the room. The Hampton Inn more than exceeded our expectations. From our check in to our checkout ,our stay was great.

I thought this hotel was amazing compared to others we have stayed in. The staff were helpful and accommodating. It was clean, everything was stocked and worked well in the room.The continental breakfast was amazing. The room is not cheaply decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable- not to mention they had upgraded linens and not some of the cheap crap you see at other hotels.It was dog friendly! Great job Hampton

I like that they are pet friendly. I do not like that they now charge $50 for a dog. It used to be free. That is a big jump and that was my last stay at the Hampton Inn.

Great Find!
Great hotel if looking to visit Philly but not stay in the city. Convenient highway access, easy drive into town and a train station not too far away. Multiple entry ways to the hotel so not many detours to reach the correct roadway. Smallish town, but lots of food and shopping opportunities near the hotel. Had no problems finding anything I needed. The main areas of the hotel were clean. Coffee was available in the lobby 24 hours a day, check-in was a breeze and there were sitting areas in a lobby, breakfast area and by the pool. Front and rear entrances were helpful and no wait at the elevators. Hallways were clean and quiet. The room was quiet, tidy and comfortable. There was a little noise from the highway, but nothing that interrupted conversation or sleep. The bed was had a spring mattress and was firm, but I was able to sleep well and did not wake up with any pain. Sitting chair in the room was well used and lacked back support, but nothing I'd complain about. About. 37in television, but worked just fine. Did not hear any noise from the adjoining rooms or hallway during my stay either. Small but comfortable bathroom. Lots of hot water in the bathroom sink and shower. Traditional tub instead of walk-in shower and the shower is a little raised from the floor so be mindful of that when exiting the shower. Overall opinion was excellent, clean, comfortable hotel and I plan to stay here if travelling in the area again.
