Minutes from Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida, Kayak Village, Yunque Rain Forest, Kalizo Restaurant (best in area) etc. Cute, clean, simple, very comfortable mini hotel, Parking right out front. Only issue the address does not come up on Apple Maps. We called and hostess who met us and drove us to hotel. Puerto Rico is truly an Island of Enchantment. ❤ Isla de Encanto 🌊"

"The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. "The area was beautiful and the condo was very nice. The condo was very clean and georgious. It had a very beautiful mountainous and coastal views from the balcony. The condo grounds had a security guard 24 hours a day and the pools were very nice too. We will return. "

"Very clean and it has designated parking. I just wish they were a little faster with their communication. The host was very nice. Our room was double booked but we were able to get into another room (they were all the same) with no problems. You cannot beat this studio, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this rental and I cannot get over how clean it was and how good it smelled. "

The apartment itself could use some renovation as there is broken outlets hanging from the wall, doors that did not work properly , broken fans, and areas that need painted. Shower water pressure was also poor if 2 people were showering at once. These were things that would definitely bother some people"

"Overall it was a very nice rental. Despite some of the reviews i decided to stay and experience it for myself. It was exactly what i was hoping for and what i needed. There was hot water, clean blankets and we were able to use the kitchen daily to make breakfast. The Villa has open kitchens to the deck but the bedrooms lock with a key that is provided.
