Things that needed to be clean, were. You can tell it's a high use property as the rooms are worn but still functional. Pretty noisy with thin ceiling and walls and ac units that never stop.

It is the best deal in Fargo for the price.Hotel prices have skyrocketed.I am not willing to pay 300$ a night.Hotel was quiet.Room and bed comfortable.Breakfast was good.

Only two small issues. The usb outlets by the bed did not work, and the shower head sprayed water around the entire bathroom until I realized it was not screwed on entirely. I was able to fix that but the bathroom was already soaked by then! But the room was otherwise lovely and comfortable, very clean.

The bed and room felt clean. But it is an old building. Light coming in through the door from the hallway even if the door was closed - so it wasn't sealed very nicely. (could not look through though) The water for the sink was connected reverse to normal, with hot/cold water swapped. Over all appearance and style was definitely not what you would get at a higher end hotel like Holiday Inn, etc. But for the price this is, I give it a high rating and we might be back.
