This is a very average property. Not very clean and is run down. In a great location, but definitely in need of a remodel. I also did not appreciate having to pay for parking for a property outside the city. I will not stay here again.

This property is very dated and the room was not quite clean very strangely layout and the pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely not worth $170 a night will not be staying here again.

The lady who checked in was wonderful, very polite, very knowledgeable however, when we walked into our suite, here’s a picture of the sofa cushion that looks like a dog chewed it up, which was not a pleasant way to start staying in a two bed king size suite

Was nice and quiet and peaceful. Only thing I do not like is couldn't relax and watch TV. Remote didn't work. No toilet paper for the bathroom. Try calling the front desk. It just rings and goes to reservations. Never heard anything else

I really liked how there was a kitchenette and table to eat. The room was very spacious. The only complaint I have is the dog poop stains everywhere. I still felt gross walking around in socks. You would think if you are asking for a pet deposit you should use that money to shampoo the carpets. I would stay here again but call for a room that has no poo stains.

It's an OK place, I liked the two bedroom option with a dedicated living room and kitchen. The unit, however, was not very clean and was outdated and in need of renovation. First thing you notice when you enter a room is the floor/carpet, and this one was dirty and disgusting. I couldn't shake this feeling during our two-nights stay. The breakfast was fairly basic, but surprisingly delicious. In general I think the place was overpriced for how it looked.

The rooms are big and perfect for a stop from a cross country drive with a toddler that needs to run and get energy out in the huge room and had his favorite kid channels do mom could relax from driving.

We LOVE Devon! What a kindhearted and efficient person to have running the place. She went above and beyond to make our stay better than we could imagine, then left us checking out with the wonderful Rena in the morning. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Don't stay here.
The heater in the two bedroom suite I stayed was bad. I complained to the front desk and all I was told was "thank you for letting us know". Nothing about, how they could make it better or apologies for the inconvenience of sleeping in a cold unit with my family given that we arrived late in the evening. The door had some red stains on it, the toilet seat was old and scratched. The furniture in the unit was old with rips on it. Very dissatisfied with this stay. I loved Sonesta ES suites that I visted in other states. This is going to be my last time here. Very poor experience

All around a great stay!
Our stay was great! The property ground were pretty clean besides the dog droppings all over the sideways and pathways. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make it our own while there. The only cons were staff on the ground could be a little more friendly and Parking wasn’t good but all around was great stay. Close to stores, fun activities, and great trails. I would definitely recommend it and we care going to be booking again.

Best Place In Flagstaff!!
My stay was fantastic! The two women that ran the front desk were super friendly and down to earth. In fact, i spent a good deal of my first night at the little bar. Devon, the thing woman in charge is check in, poured beer and conversed with us the entire night. She's AWESOME! The beds were super comfortable and the shower was on point. We got our van stuck in ice and one of he staff helped us get free by getting salt and pouring it out. Great help!!

Our room was great. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable and, the kitchen was a good size. The only complaints I have is the plugs next on the nightstand didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't shut completely and the coffee maker and toaster didn't work. They brought us replacements but the toaster didn't work. Overall it was a nice place to stay and the staff was great. The property is actually more like an apartment complex which we thought was pretty cool!

Great Size but Needs Major Updating
Very spacious suite but it was not very clean and is very run down. Carpet was torn, furniture wasn’t in great shape, missing kitchen items like baking sheet for oven or an oven mitt. Had to clean everything to use because a lot of it had dust and black stuff on it. No elevator - apartment style building.
