"I spent my last night in India at the Malabar House in Fort Kochi and it was quite the treat. I was upgraded to the Garden suite and the room was stunning from the fixtures to the artwork. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was fantastic! The hotel is ideally located just a block or two inland from the harbor and the fishing nets. Gorgeous property. "

It sits on the straight between the sea and the backwater, so I had breakfast with the birds--so peaceful. And the breakfast was among the best on my trip. The room was large and nicely decorated. The staff was plentiful and friendly and requests were met almost immediately. I will, without a doubt, stay at Fort House again when in Kochi! "
