This property was amazing, clean and neat. The colors were vibrants and gave arelaxing vacation feel. The parking was very close and made it a breeze when returning from shopping. The neighborhood seemed family friendly and safe with joggers and persons walking their pets. It was near driving distance to gas stations and shopping aread. The landlord was readily available, helpful and pleasant. I would definitively stay at this location again!!!

Alex was AMAZING!! The property was gorgeous. There is honestly nothing that could have been better. Everything was supplied for us upon arrival. We received a text from the host about dinning recommendations a couple hours after we arrived. Very well thought out and organized!

Highly recommend Alani Bay Villas
In town for a family members birthday. Was very happy with our accomodations. I always use Hotels.com and this was the first time I have seen this type of property listed there. Place was spacious and clean. So nice to have a little kitchen area available. Keurig and coffee pods was a nice plus. Property is conveniently located to tons of restaurants and grocery stores too.Alex was so responsive when I questioned about email with code information. We were also provided a text with some restaurant suggestions. Will definitely book again when we head to the area to visit. The property has 4 units and would be great if you wants families together but having their own place. Thank you Alex!

Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood which is really what we looked for. The owner is pretty nice and easy communicated, he even upgraded our room to a two-bedroom suite for free, also shared some info about local best reputable places for food and to spend time.

We enjoyed our stay! Alex was really great with communication and gave some suggestions about food in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and in a really nice part of town. Walking trails were nearby and we felt really safe in the neighborhood. The biggest suggestion I would have is maybe a window covering in addition to the blinds in bedrooms and the living room itself for added privacy and reducing light from coming in with the sensor lights entering the property. It was a great price - especially since you had 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen (although we didn’t need to use the kitchen).

Floor needs some attention and the bedding was basically nonexistent a twin size blanket for a queen size bed. We would consider renting again. We were concerned with cleanliness and it was clean and in a nice neighborhood.

This property was everything I needed for a quiet stay. It is in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The communication between the property and I was excellent. There were plenty of towels, an extra change of linen, even coffee pods. Other than having a bit more hot water. Everything was perfect. This place was close to the beach and food places. Not to mention having parking right up front. I’ll be booking here for my future stays in Fort Lauderdale.

Alani cottage Booking was easy, communication with the owners management was constant, friendly and over the top with information on local eats and treats. Fun. I will definitely book Alani again and recommend this lovely cottage that easily accommodates two adults or a couple. I would recommend hooks for hanging in the bath. More insulation between bedroom might be a plus, as well. Other than that this is a 5 ⭐ stay and a great budget minder. Impeccably clean, creative design makes the most of existing structure to create 3 airy, modern, fully equipped cottages with that spacious feel we all want on vacation. Lots of storage, lovely linens, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen ready.

Clean and simple
Clean and good location if you have a car, which we did not. No close restaurants but we got delivery. Couch and bed sat way too low, but the mattress was comfortable. No decent place to sit that was comfortable. Short stools with no backs were the only seating besides the too low couch. I’m short and still my knees were higher than my hips! No fault of the owner, it just wasn’t comfortable for us.
