Overall the property was pleasant for the overall price and experience. The rooms were clean and was quite quiet. My only problem was that there was NO front desk staff at all on site. It was all done through a kiosk where I felt like I was talking with an A1. There was PLENTY of house keeping staff around and when I needed to ask a question like where do I get pool towels, she told me at the front desk. About 5 mins later she showed up with towels for me and my family. She spoke English so it was easy to communicate with her. I had a couple of other things come up where I needed front desk help, and after contacting the kiosk, they said they would contact housekeeping and what I needed did not happen or was slow to happen. ( I needed change for the laundry and the coin dispenser ate my money and didn’t give me change. And the pool was locked when it was when it was supposed to be open.) we had 2 hours for pool and sun time before we needed to check out. The house keepers were very nice and did a great job on our rooms but felt they were stretched thin and expected to solve the grounds problems and issues. I would stay here again but do not like the whole kiosk thing. Very unformal and impersonal when you aren’t from the area and have questions and need situations addressed at the property.
