"The property was as expected. The check-in process was not as expected. The representative was not very friendly and appeared to be bothered by my questions. Also, I paid for a cart where I walked over to get it and had to walk back. The cart was not in place and took over an hour to be assigned another cart. The bellman was very nice. I requested to speak with a supervisor/manager, and it was over 4 hours later before Yuslema, as she identified herself, responded. When I spoke with her, she was very dismissive and even chuckled about the situation stating, "you have one now don't you?" Additionally, she stated that she just looked at my message. I asked her was there any concessions for my ordeal and she said "No. You have a cart now." I reiterated the situation and she was again dismissive. I am not pleased at all with my experience with Yuslema."
