Hotel precisa de uma reforma e manutenção. Ar condicionado do primeiro quarto que fiquei nao funcionava. No segundo quarto, o ar condicionado não regulava a temperatura, piso estalando ao andar e iluminação insuficiente no quarto (apenas um ponto de luz com lâmpada fraca). No banheiro retornava cheiro de esgoto, azulejos manchados e assento do vaso solto. Cafe da manhã é simples, mas bom!

Muito bem! Gostaríamos de dar um retorno sobre a nossa estada no HOTEL FORALEZA INN em Fortaleza - Ce. Então tivemos uma série de problemas naquele hotel: 1. Chegamos para o primeiro período de 03/02 a 05/02/24, ao entrarmos no ap 401 e 402, por volta 24 horas, o ar do ap 402 não funcionava, fizeram várias tentativas e não resolveram o problema. Mesmo assim, resolvemos ficar no ap e conseguimos dormir. No dia seguinte, á noite, coloquei a minha mala e uma mochila sobre uma mesinha que ficava à direita da cabeceira da cama, abaixo do ar-condicionado. Para nossa surpresa, ao acordarmos por volta das 06:30, simplesmente a mala e a mochila estavam totalmente encharcadas de agua suja que vazara do ar condicionado. Imediatamente comuniquei à recepção e apresentei a situação in loco. Constatado o problema e como tínhamos que deixar o hotel as 12 horas, para viajarmos e retornarmos para o 2º período de hospedagem, tivemos que colocar a mochila no sol para secar e deixamos 6 peças de roupas par serem lavadas. 2. Ao retornarmos ao hotel para o segundo período de hospedagem de 10/02 a 13/02/24, recebi as roupas lavadas e nos colocaram em outros aps 504 e 505. Aí tivemos outros problemas e mais sérios, ficamos sem elevador subindo e descendo 5 andares durante dois dias seguidos, sem contar que do café da manhã fica no 7º andar. Ora, para 04 pessoas acima de 74 anos, não foi nada agradável, sem contar com o desconforto com problema de locomoção, pois até evitamos sair para alimentação
