"This is a great self catering apartment. Its 5 minutes walk from the main street in Franschhoek, set in a quiet residential area. Our host, Brian, had taken the trouble to recommend a local restaurant and even booked us a table where we could enjoy the magnificent sunset overlooking the valley. He has also done some enviable research into the local vineyards, restaurants, etc, and left his personal guide in our apartment for us to look through. Lynn and Mick were very kind hosts inviting us for Happy Hour drinks after a well needed swim in the pool on a very hot day. It was a very short walk into town and very quiet, safe and restful."

"Walking distance to the wine tram. Lovely porch to have your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Very well equipped, had everything i needed. I wish places in the cape would have a top sheet, as i like something on me, but they all just have a duvet, and its just too hot."
