The rooms are upmarket dorm, so don’t expect anything fancy on materials/linen, but it’s very clean and in good condition. "5 nights stay at the nhow Berlin during May 2024. Very friendly and nicely decorated hotel. However, one of the days I had to beg them to clean my room, literally and repeatedly(!): I went out at noon and asked the reception to get my room cleaned when I'm out, "Sure, we clean at 2 PM so no problem". Came back 3 hours later, to find used towels I left on the floor still there and the room uncleaned. Went to the reception to comlain and they said they are sending someone right away. Grabbed...

"It was my brother and my first time in Germany. This location was perfect for walking to downtown and surrounding attraction areas, but also close to coffee, shops, café, and some restaurants we were able to try out. Staff was welcoming, helpful, and the fact we got a room with a kitchen and laundry option made our stay super convenient and comfortable to be able to do some home cooking to save some money as well. Would stay here again! Vielen Dank! "
