"The resort it-self is very big and splinted into different levels of stay. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. The only thing I was not please about was the cleaning service, we stayed for 3 nights but the maids did not clean the floors apart from the basic of changing towels if needed and throwing trash away. "We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Twice with our children and this time as a couple. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are fantastic, the choice of food in the evening is great and the breakfast is a very pleasant experience on the terrace outside, overlooking the pool. Of course there is the usual number of people reserving sun loungers in the morning but there are plenty for everyone especially if you have other things to do in the day as well as enjoying the pool area.,...
