Very nice jacuzzi and swimming pool and wellness zone big swimming pool 1.35 m deep nice clean hotel room kind staff restaurant food was not really the best but overall would recommend and visit again
a lovely hotel around 10 min stroll into old town polite friendly staff has a posh feel about it for the price you pay its great.i found rooms to hot so had to open windows all night and very noisy from early morning as lots off work going on over the road and the spa no longer provide water for you which i find totally bizarre, there was a few down in spa gasping for water , you could buy a small bottle off warm water for £2 at reception and like myself they found it very bizarre as well specially if your there for a longer period off time
Lovely hotel, rooms and facilities all spotlessly clean. Breakfast expensive compared with what is available a short walk away. Old town is beautiful with lots of good quality, reasonable bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
This is a lovely hotel with a great spa facilities.
The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. I left a small purse in my room and has been returned to me. Thank you
Really happy with this hotel. We had a family studio at the top. Hotel is in excellent condition, swimming pool and spa area really nice. 10-12 minute walk to the centre of Gdańsk. Thoroughly recommend for tourist and business travel.
Lovely hotel ,10 minutes away from “Dlugi Targ” .Spa on site with fab treatments .I had the classic massage and it fully revived me after a long flight. There’s a swimming pool ,a jacuzzi and a sauna too. Can’t fault it,good value for money and a good location.
Visiting Gdansk for pleasure. The hotel is well located within a 10 minute walk of the old city centre. It is modern, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool, sauna etc were great as were the hotel's own bikes which are very reasonably priced for hire. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant which was smart and the food very good.

The hotel was very good and would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of selection.
Our only negative was the duvet seemed more like a single than a double and summer weight.
Arrived 2.30am with three friends. Female traveller in my own room. Awoke at 8.15am to find a man stood in my room at the foot of my bed. Told him to get out. Had no clothes on. He then left and let himself in a second time asking in English if it was alright to come in. I shouted at this point, 'no it is not get out!" I then wrapped myself in my duvet and called reception. They did not seem to be overly concerned. They said they would look at the CCTV. I got back into bed after relocking the door quite shocked and came in again using his room key! After I screamed at him, he left. I then put clothes on and went to reception. They said they would send an engineer to my room. No apologies. No concern. The engineer made a point of showing me the door lock worked. At this point I translated on Google translate someone had been in my room. Be shrugged and phoned reception. He seemed to think it was a problem with a battery!?! Unlikely. Insisted on moving rooms. Offered a free taxi to the airport to compensate. Really?!?! £16 taxi fare? Hotel does not seem to get the seriousness. I was told it was an accident and the other guest had mistakenly thought it was his room. Really? Three times? Female travellers - your security is not taken seriously. I did not sleep well after this incident. Every noise I thought someone was in my room. I put a chair and a table at the other side of the door each night. Completely ruined the break away.
