Great hotel. Sheets were a little scratchy and the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers worked poorly. It took a lot of time and effort to get product out.

The reception area is great, the dining area & breakfast area was great. out door area too, the rooms were clean. the only thing I didn't like was the pool area it needs to be updated, the gated doors were not working with our room key for any of the guests . Plus I had to call and complain to the office that the people above me were having really loud intercourse & I didn't get any sleep I was in the room with my 6y old grand daughter and all I got was a we are sorry not a discount or a how can we make this stay better for you . I had to check out early and come home to sleep.

We had a nice sized room for the five of us. Doors would not close properly, diry sheets and broken parts of the room. It smelled funny and it lookrd run down a bit. For the cost, I guess I expected more.

We have a nice and quiet night. Beds are really comfortable. The kids loved the complimentary cookies in the lobby. We had the family suite with connecting rooms which was really convenient. The down side was that they need to do some repairs and updating to rooms. For example the non working and outdated fireplace, cracks in the walls and poor patch work on the ceiling in our room from a what looks like an old leak. Other than that our stay was very restful. Black bear dinner right next door and gas stations a plus.
