When we checked in, they took a photo of my passport, a fact that I understand is illegal. 3 nights in the hotel and not a change of towels. Very limited breakfasts and dirty cups and glasses. The reception was not pleasant. Totally abusive and exorbitant price for what it offers.

The initial appearance is totally misleading, as it looks like work is being undertaken. However, the rooms was excellent,very well appointed, grear facilities

Convenient for our group as some of us were staying not far away . Not far from the station & a quick train trip into Glasgow. Neat & clean .

Nice friendly hotel
This is a small hotel close to where I need to be for Christmas. I do not spend much time there but it is very clean, friendly, and quick to sort out very small issues (ie TV remote didn't work)

The room was adequate for an overnight stay, but no longer than that. The “queen “ sized bed was small? 4 flat pillows! Bedding was clean apart from a strange stain on one side. The shower was powerful and water hot. On entering the bathroom smelled of bleach and was overall clean, apart from some deep set black mould in the sealant around the base of the shower, but had obviously been cleaned as best under the circumstances. Only one hand and one bath towel for two people? A hairdryer was available but I chose not to touch it as it was filthy. The heating was pre set to come on at 5pm and went off about 12pm. It came on in the morning time unsure. There was a big TV but in an awkward situation to view due to there being a very large window. The whole appearance in short is very drab and gloomy.

The property done exactly what we needed. A bed to put our head down. Some maintenance needed to update it. A bit expensive for what it is. But no complaints as it was what it was.

Clean and good value.
Stay proceeded without any problems, so Hotel achieved what was required. It was clean, and all the facilities were there. TV, kettle, shower/toilet en suite. Alltogether i had an undisturbed stay, and would definitely recommend.

This property is a little grubby and tired looking. Check in was smooth, however checkout was delayed due to illness requiring paramedic intervention. The property manager tried to insist that I pay extra due to this unfortunate medical event and called the police whilst paramedics were working on my son. Completely unacceptable. We checked out as soon as medical intervention was complete.

Crosshill House did everything that we wanted it to do - close to Queen’s Park for our concert (we could hear the music from our garden) a trek into town but good transport links around, a lovely quiet area, lovely room facilities and helpful staff.

I was extremely surprised at the space for the price. Large tv with good WiFi. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels every 2 or 3 days. Highly recommended.

Disgusting!!
We had booked a 2 night stay and we didn’t stay 10 minutes! We left and found alternative accommodation. This place is dirty, damp and extremely smelly! I have photos and I’m disappointed that my phone does not have smell-o-vision because I would like to have shared that with future guests. There was mouldy vents, white towels that were grey, bathroom mat that had been used by someone else, walls that were damp, doorways that were unfinished. The hallways were boiling hot and the room was extremely cold, the radiator did not work. I would under no circumstances recommend this place to anyone.

Comfortable Budget Hotel
A comfortable and clean budget hotel ideally placed for the train and bus routes to and from Glasgow. I booked as a single but was given a large triple room with a nice modern shower. The bed and bedding were adequate. There are no food or drink facilities available and the hall to the room and the room / bathroom could do with a bit of an update, but overall it was excellent for a quick one night stay. I’m on O2 and the signal around the hotel is not great and unfortunately the hotel WiFi is useless. I would return, and would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a reasonably priced room within a 10 minute train journey of central Glasgow.

Pleasant stay and great value, me and my two kids travelled to Glasgow for a Celtic game and this was well priced and if you don’t mind a 2.5 Mile walk, walking distance, although we got an uber back. Plenty food places around the hotel and so easy of the motorway… we will stop again for the next game we go up to!

Comfortable stay. Quiet area with secure off road parking and free car park. Not a lot of contact with staff and no food availability but we hadn’t planned for this anyway.

The hotel was awfully expensive for there to be no breakfast amenities. There was also no hot water for a shower in the morning. Perfect location for football at Hampden, but way overpriced

I was surprised My male friend and I booked our accommodation within minutes of each other. We both needed a single room. He managed to get a double twin bed room which he paid the appropriate price. I was booking at the same time . He had just completed his transacation and I was in the process of doing mine.As his was completed mine just stopped and I was messaged to try again. When I tried again it said there were no twin or double beds available. It indicated only one double with an extra single only room available. I booked it paying £112 more than my friend. When we saw each others bedrooms .they both contained a double bed and a single bed. This advertising and charging of facilities is very suspect. If my dear friend and actually split the difference of the price with me. I am not happy to see this type of over charging. It was abviously not a 3 star accomodation . To top it all we woke before 8am by the firealarm and on the Saturday evening I was not able to have a shower in time as my electricity had been switched off along with the hall emergency lighting. Luckily I had spotted it before I went out as everyone returning in our block would not have been able to access the hotel with light. I would have had no light at all and way of contacting the staff as there was no reception after 10pm it seemed. I was disappointed no breakfast facilities..
