Great location
The place is run very professionally, it's clean and friendly. some of the people that stay there aren't quite the same and are very noisy and inconsiderate early in the morning

it was advertised on your website that free wifi was available. There was no wifi at all! I had work to do and booked it as it was advertised as free wifi in all rooms. your customer service did NOTHING to rectify this!

Hi, Whilst the park doesn't have wifi, we do appreciate your feedback as the reference to internet has been removed from the booking site. The park staff did try and assist you by offering alternatives.

Did not like the fact we cannot book a specific van site in advance. Park is clean and tidy and amenities are all in good condition.

Kirra is one of the best places to stay, it’s close to everything including one of the best surf point breaks in the world, staff are fantastic, amenities are clean and a great pool, prices are good, 5 stars

Location nice, clearly some airport noise as expected since it was so close. Pool and kids play area were great.Only real issue was the shower which was raised during our stay. Would stay these again.

This is my go to accommodation in Coolangatta! It’s comfortable, clean, affordable and the staff are friendly! Great location near the airport, transport and walking distance to the beach and shops. I love the pool for relaxing and cooling down.

it was a very friendly place, lots of campers with there dogs. the villa was ok. the bathroom door wouldn't shut. (it was a sliding door) only way to shut it was to put face washer under door. reported it, but in the 14 days we were there it wasn't fixed. Also its light a 5am , so blinds on windows need a rethink.

i booked via a wotif special thinking i was getting a great deal, looking at the photos linked to the booking but made the mistake of not reading the detail so stupid me. However, the photos shown when booking the single room lodges are a total misrepresentation because they show the facilities from the Villas. Beware, the single room lodges don't even have a kettle & basic utensils. also, bring bug spray because the mozzies will eat you alive

Perfect location for airport
Our stay started on a bit of a sour note with a condescending and slightly rude lady at reception checking us in. However the room was nice and clean with everything we needed. Make sure you ask for the free WiFi though. We had to go back on the second day and were told that although it’s free, they don’t give out the password unless the guest asks for it. The location is amazing if you need to get an early flight. It’s a 15 minute walk away!

room wifi did not work. I couldn't log on to the server. it didn't bother me because my cell data plan was more than enough but I can see how it would be an issue for someone else. the room was basic but clean and suited my quick trip purpose for the price.

The property, facilities, condition, upkeep, location were all excellent. The only little thing I would suggest is to provide somewhere to hang wet bath towels and beach towels etc. in the cabin area where it is a share bathroom and there is nowhere to put your towel after a shower. Just a rack on the back of the door would be great for bath towels and maybe a line near the barbeque area for those shared bathroom cabins for swim gear etc.

Great cabin, good location not far from Kirra Beach. Great pool. Is near the airport but after a while you get used to the noise. Quiet at night. Great park and hope to stay there again.

We had a good time there with our family. Stuff is very friendly. Large pool and close to a beautiful beach. We had an issue with the freezer, but management replaced it instantly. I would go there again any time.

Great family holiday
I was extremely happy with our stay at Kirra Beach Tourist Park. We stayed in a lodge and it was perfect. Plenty of room to move about. Queen bed, all the facilities (Bathroom, bbq, pool, play area etc) very close by. A little shop full of all the essentials (food, drink, toiletries etc) available in the park. The pool was heated and we used it every day. We had such a nice relaxing stay.

Check in very easy, good location to airport and Kirra Beach shops and cafes and beach--but place was not what we expected as it was VERY BASIC. Two small twin beds, no sink, water, tea/coffee machine, cups or facecloth. Toilets and showers outside. Wifi slow but did work, TV okay. Air conditioner worked perfectly/

Great weekend away
Was very impressed with Kirra beach tourist park, I remember it from when I lived on coast over 20 years ago and wow how things have changed. Staff were lovely, Park was awesome, cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Awesome park near the beach!
We have stayed at Kirra Tourist Park numerous times, for Easter camping as well as a quick overnight stay in the cabins and have loved it every time. Great place for kids and so close to shops, beach and Coolangatta. We highly recommend it :D
