It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

They gave me a list of recommended restaurants that was very helpful (great food!) A welcome bottle of wine was very much appreciated as well! "Great little pension near Alhambra. Very friendly and helpful owners. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Wifi didn't work well in the room. There are many stairs, and there is no lift which is typical in this type of accommodation. It's halfway up the big hill but a taxi can take you most of the way. "

When it turned out that it was sold out (especially the Nasrid Palaces) they found an alternate option for me, which turned out to be a great tour. They also took great care of me (a female solo traveler) when I was there, letting me check in early, providing an upgrade, arranging a tablao zambra flamenco visit, etc. etc. The breakfast was so...
