Dear Stathi thank you very much for your feedback and also you give us the opportunity to make a remark of the local products that our breakfast offers! Into the breakfast basket we offer fresh homemade marmalade (every day a different , at least up to 4 different marmalades), fresh seasons’ fruits from our garden, like figs , pears, melon and earlier we also had apricots , vanillas ect. We also have Sifnian cottage cheese, our fresh homemade lemonade and cake, homemade disserts with Sifnian spoon sweets and of curse Sifnian vegetables, like tomato , pepper ect. And of course every Sunday we have the home made traditional chicpie soup, with sifnian home wine , our olives and lemons from our garden! We always try to have organic , fresh and homemade food. We might need to explain I little bit more what your breakfast tray includes when we daily offer it in order our guests know exactly what the collect. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to realize that it might not been so …obvious. We will explain it from now on! Thank you very much for your stay! We hope we see all your family soon again!

Dear mr KHR thank you for your kind review! We are happy to help our guest to feel comfortable! Therefore we have the extra top mattresses and also special pillows to provide to our guest and perform the beds according their needs. We kindly remind you, that we do have 24hours hot water, and only when we replaced a component on the water boiler –as we on time explained you that day- we didn’t have hot water for a few hours. We apologize for this inconvinience again. We are also happy to provide breakfast on our lodges in order our guests enjoy their privacy on their balconies and the view! Furthermore, we daily provide and our guest can collect many other things for their breakfast, like fresh fruits, juices , fresh homemade jam, something warm we bake every morning, eggs, Greek yogurt and many other things like sweets, muesli & cereal ect. Also coffee and all those without any extra cost. According the special coffees that are not on breakfast’s base, yes, they do have an extra charge. We will be very happy to welcome you again on our Traditional Complex and help you enjoy our services and facilities you might didn’t noticed at this time of your visit!

Dear Anonymous, i think that you have confused your hotels during your long trip on Greece. We have not "second bed" , all te beds of the rooms we privide to the on line are double beds. Into the bath there is curtain, so is impossible to spray all the bathroom. All the doors have the Fix Lock form inside and furthermore an extra lock in order not to be able from somebody outside (for example the housekeeper) go into the room, while you are in. So, according your description, we do believe you have given a review for another hotel. Could you please contact the customer service? Kind regards

Dear Cecillia, Thank you for the opportunity you give us to clarify some issues. It our pleasure to offer hospitality to people that need special treatment. In order we perform their stay according their special needs, it is very important those special needs have been mentioned into the reservation. In case we think that we can’t respond to those special needs, we kindly ask from the guests to arrange with the customer service another place for their stay on Sifnos. Although the family rooms have the shower internal, especially during this very hot August is almost impossible even for the showers to get mold as they get dry on the next minutes of each use and further more we provide daily cleaning using sanitizing products according the Covid protocols, so any infections is almost impossible to take place, we realize your super-sensitivity on this and also on many other things you don’t mention here but we unfortunately only found out during your stay and we would like to assure you that if we had been informed about we could probably had solved those from the beginning in order you have a better stay on Sifnos and we would have had less stress on our staff too. Both are very important for us. We are very happy that your daughter enjoyed our kittens into the reception area and had a lot of fun with them! Kittens also loved her and unfortunately they followed her to your room. We would like to assure you that they have been looked after from the vet and are safe firstly for themselves and also for our guests.
