We highly appreciate your feedback as a means to ameliorate our services and trust when we say we will take all points made into consideration. Kindly allow us to mention that according to legislation the minimum route fee for the private transfers all around is 36 euros, and the price for the arrivals at the terminal is much raised as an entrance fee for the arrivals exists since this season at the airport of Mykonos. We are in position to confidently say though that our transfer rates are quite competitive, comparable to others on the island. We do sincerely apologize that the bus information were not immediately available to you as we try to always have an updated schedule available at the front desk. We will make sure that this miss will not happen again and as said thank you for pointing it out!
