Upon review of my account, I noticed I was charged additional fees without notification or consent. When I talked to the receptionist, I was informed that the nightly rate changed after my booking. This is unacceptable given I agreed to a rate provided by Expedia. Total refund for the additional charges are pending, I am working with the manager

The original room had a TV that did not work and a phone with no labeling. I moved to another room where the TV did not work on most channels, the mini fridge stopped working, and there was not enough lighting. There was also no Kleenex in the room. The staff was delightful and willing to address all issues. However, most could not be immediately addressed. The bartenders and servers were outstanding in the bar area. The food was about average, and the cocktails were delicious.

This is a great place to stay when we are visiting my son and his family in DC. We have had clean comfortable rooms and friendly service. Good value for the money.

Was no sheets on the bed no Houseking for 2 days the trash was still in the same place room was very gold he take two hours for the maintenance try to fix the issue
Very happy with a short 2 night stay at this property. Room was in great conditions, well suplied with toiletries, fresh towels, coffee (appreciate the convenience of Keurig in the room), refrigerator, all the must have. Also very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Iwas only there for a banquet and an overnight stay, but the rooms were a nice size and the rooms were quiet. There was no sounds from the other rooms on the floor.
Note: everything thing is cashless, so there is no exchange of money.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Service was poor. We stayed three nights without room service. No one told us that we need to order room service at the checkin. Repeated requests didn’t help to fix coffee machine. Floor was so noisy with lot of students. Overall not a pleasant stay.
Perfect location if you’re going to both Annapolis/Baltimore and DC area. Quiet. Don’t have to fight traffic to run to the store or nearby metro station. Free and plentiful parking. Room was spacious and functional. Decent but limited food in lobby. Happy hour app prices 4-6. Only complaint was variable water pressure. Stream of water would move back and forth every 10-20 seconds.
Good spot for free parking and convenient short drive to Metro to DC. Was surprised to see I supposedly needed to advise if I wanted maid service. Should have advised at check-in.
