"Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "

"Didnt like the communication from representative. Was not able to enter building due to needing special code. Was never told about this. Stood in the cold waiting for it. Once inside the lock box code didnt work. They sent a new one and it didnt work. Had to create a one time code to get our key. The room was nice. It was clean."

"Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything."

"I was locked out of my hotel the first night had to go to another hotel. Every night after that I had to be back to the hotel by 9 or I was locked out. Our vacation was ruined. The people will not refund my money they keep giving me the runaround it is nonsense!!!! "
