The lady that helped check me in was excellent so sweet and friendly the gentleman that I checked out with was very polite and helpful I will be staying here again

The front desk had me listed in one room but keyed me to another room, i initially taught the persons trying to get into my room was tipsy so i told the persons they are at the wrong room. The room phone then rang and the caller wanted me to identify my self when i inquired so it is they said its the front desk i then repllied "you should know who i am" they then said they will call the police. The police then came and it was sorted out mind you this happened at about 11:30 pm, instead of the staff apologizing for the inconvenience they then got defensive and threatened to refuse me service by asking me to leave although i had a valid credit card on file and government issued ID

The bathroom was not that clean and the outside was pretty bad. Pool was clean

Cleanliness. My bare feet left no marks in the damp bathtub. The last motel we were in left the bottom of our feet Black the worst ever in over 50 years. They are still upgrading rooms and the room was still clean. Also the staff was very friendly.
