“Great Experience on the beach”

Everything ran smoothly. Check in was fast and easy. Hotel was on the beach. Room very clean, even the bed was very comfortable. Good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. No problems at all. Indoo pool was great!

“Gulf Shores Al going back, beach right outside the door”

We really enjoyed our stay, hotel was well maintained and rooms clean and a comfortable, beach within 50 feet of room. Hotel is located in a great section of the beach night life and has great favorite of shops restaurants in walking distance. We are going back in May.

“Winter Beach Front Room”

We decided to take a quick trip to Gulf Shores over New Years weekend. Not only was the bed comfortable, the room clean, we had a balcony to see the ocean, and all the restaurants were close. The indoor pool and jacuzzis were ok, but the jacuzzi could have been hotter and would have been nice if you could turn the jets on. It was a little loud since all rooms are accessed by an outdoor walkway/stairwell and the door slammed a lot, but as there weren't many people it wasn't too bad. I would go back if wanting to stay in a hotel that was close to restaurants, shops and things to do.

“Perfect place!”

This hotel was perfect for us! It was on the beach, within walking distance to every great restaurant, absolutely perfect. This would be our number one choice hotel to stay again! Plus, the beds were SO very comfortable!!! Loved it!

“Last Minute Spring Break Vacation”

Stay at the Best Western, hotel staff very friendly and courteous. Location of hotel was wonderful, right next to beach. My family and I stayed in a suite with front view which was cheaper and more entertaining could see the stripe from balcony. We had full size refrigerator, mini stove and microwave in room. Our room was very clean, for a last minute Spring Break vaction this hotel stay was great.

Great for motorcycle travelers, walk to hangout, Bahama Bobs, & shrimp festival, not much of a walk out to beach, great location nice beds

“Best Western on the Beach”

This hotel was adequate for my needs. The kitchenette was not furnished with anything other than the appliances, so be aware of this. It was right on the beach which was very convenient.

“Nice location”

Customer service was excellent. The room was clean but the east side of the hotel could use some sprucing up. The pool water was cold and the hot tub water lukewarm. But, since I stayed there because it was on the beach, I didn't really care. A nice stay and I would definitely stay again.

“Changes in progress...”

Hotel is in renovation, but the rooms was very nice. Great bed! Love the "Island Pancake House" inside hotel and facing the beach.... an unexpected treat.
