The AC was right under the bed which we couldn't use at night sleeping when it was HOT in Gyeongju. The hotel room needs some improvements but clean. The location was good within walking distance of restaurants.

친절하지만..
직원분들은 친절하셨고, 방 상태도 적당하였습니다. 그런데 방을 들어서자마자 화장실에서 올라오는 하수구냄새가 은근히 나서 베란다쪽 문을 열어놓아야했으며, 화장실을 통해 담배연기도 올라왔습니다. 주차장뷰 방이라서 잘 때 베란다문을 닫았으나 새벽에 바깥에서 사람들이 떠드는 소리가 들렸고, 복도에서도 말하는 소리가 드리고, 다른 방에서 튼 TV소리조차 들려 방음은 별로라고 생각했습니다.

Fair but not impressive
This hotel was my first hotel stay in Korea for a long time. For the price of the hotel, I wish it include continental breakfast. Hotel was clean and service was quick and responsive. My room had one double and one single beds that were comfortable even though the room felt a little tight (two adults). There are several restaurants where served western food within walking distance.

A nice beautiful place!
I enjoyed staying here. It is located at a small low hill side. A good walk (exercise) from Bomun Lake. The price is very good compared to expensive 5 start hotels around.

The place was nice and clean and they provided a good breakfast. Don't expect every member of the staff to speak english but you will always find a friendly and helping hand to solve a problem or accommodate your request. I wood book it again if I would visit the town once more.

It was a nice clean basic room. I like the brutalist architecture evident in the hotel's exterior. It was evocative of those concrete slab goverment buildings Stalin was fond of. Five stars. Magnifico!!!!!

모텔 같은 느낌이에요.
위치는 보문단지에 있으나 메인 위치는 아니고 살짝 언덕 위에 있어서 걸어서 벚꽃구경하기는 좀 불편하고 차로 나가야 하는 정도였어요. 호텔 자체는 사진보다 실물이 훨씬 작게 느껴졌고 주변에 모텔 등 인접해 있어 좀 저렴해 보이는 경관입니다. 온돌룸 예약했는데 그냥 펜션 수준이나 다행히 이불, 베게 등은 깨끗해서 그나마 아이들 데리고 자기 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 저렴(성인 11,000원, 어린이 7,500원) 한 가격 대비 나쁘지 않아서 잘 먹고 왔어요. 전체적으로는 아무래도 가격이 저렴하다보니 저렴한 느낌이 드는 호텔이에요.

Family-friendly quiet hotel
Five-story hotel offers western-style and Korean ondol rooms. We booked the family suite and were upgraded to the executive suite, which contained a double bed and two twin beds, perfect for our family of four. The mattresses were very firm, but we've found this to be the norm rather than the exception in Asia. The shower was separate from the main bathroom, which contained a soaking tub. Towels and linens were plentiful and clean. Room was incredibly clean and spacious. Amenities included air conditioning, hot water kettle, blow dryer, mini-fridge with bottled water, and good Wifi. Hotel is aged, but well maintained. The staff spoke enough English for us to communicate. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but noticed many eating breakfast there. It's a short drive to main historic sights of Gyeongju. The outdoor pool is small, but it was drained by our visit in early September--quite a disappointment to the kids after a hot day of sightseeing. Overall, a reasonably-priced, family-friendly hotel that I would recommend to others.

Over rated hotel
Honestly, I don't know why people gave a good review on this hotel. Room was very small and hotel was very old. Basement smelled and there only was laundry machine(need to pay 5000won) not dryer. I got disappointed and I will not recommend this hotel.

RELAXING HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY STAFF
We have a relaxing stay in Gyeoungju, the hotel is very near to the shilla theme park and Expo however it is quite far from the town centre. The staff in the hotel is very helpful and friendly even though little English spoken.

I was a little dissapointed. I booked this hotel because of its advertized pool and breakfast buffet. Apparently, this hotel required you to provide your own cap and towel. That was not mentioned in the listing. My husband and son needed to purchase their own at a store away from the hotel. And the hotel towels were not allowed to be used at poolside. We also asked if they had a shuttle. No avail. Seemed to be more of a "no" hotel than a "yes" hotel. It is also up on a hill. So if you are not driving..... Make sure you can handle lots of leg days.

Good Value Hotel in Bomun Lake Resort Area
Hotel staff were very friendly, clean and comfortable rooms. Good location in the Bomun Lake Resort area. There are not a lot of food options within walking distance of the hotel and their food menu is a bit limited when I stayed during the winter time - so plan accordingly. Otherwise, a very worthwhile stay!
