I also have tried to arrange for you another options which is better rate if booking direct with us. But you complaint with expedia and expedia can't help you , I also have tried to talk with expedia to give for you some discount . But because this is the type of room you have booked. So we couldn't do anything else on the date we out of all other rooms type. If we have a better room, we surely will support more. But we don't have on that date. You have enjoyed all the things on our crusies . But unfortunately , about the room type. I can't change it . . . It is so sad that we couldn't do more.
