"A quaint, historical, building with exceptional staff and a delicious breakfast. Only a short walk to the beach as well. The only downside is the area around the hotel is very run down and VERY NOISY at night. Do not book any ground floor rooms. The staff was very accommodating to switch our rooms to an upper floor after we had to endure a night of disco music blasting from a nearby shop all night."

"This is a restored German Templar house for the 1800s on upper Carmel. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was large and had a unique shower. I would stay there again "

"The best part of this property is actually the breakfast, it’s outstanding. The rooms are decent but a bit small. The staff is great and helpful. Whatever you do, try your best not to get a room facing the main road. He gets very loud at night with the traffic and the kids on motorcycles "

"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."
