It was a great stay. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of option. Really convenient to get to Victoria station and easy walking distance to Buckingham palace and the parks.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Strangely they could "not" give us two guests two room keys saying they were fully booked not having enough room keys to give out. It was very inconvenient for two of us to have one room key only. After an ironing board was delivered to our room, the stand couldn't stay standing but kept falling flat to the floor, so I had to iron my items on the floor!
