We were greeted by smiling faces and welcomed like family - in fact check in was almost non-existent and after a long drive, it was wonderful to be taken straight to our room to relax. "They location was very calm and relaxing. I would have rated it a 5 except I did not like the bathroom. It was open to the room unless you moved a wall around. You had to mive the whole wall every time uou wanted to use the bathroom. (Unless you like an exposed bathroom )."

"It was a very nice stay. Very private and away form the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean but the condition is a bit aged. Not very convenient as there are no amenities within walking distance but u can always call for taxi or grab easily. We left a jacket in the villa upon checkout and 2 hours after we checkout I received a email saying I left something and we were able to retrieve it. Overall it was a nice experience. "

"The hotel is in a rural area so you will need to rent a car or be prepared to pay a bit more on taxis. Staff are friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable and spotless. I also liked the bath and the balcony. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection and the room service menu is limited but I really enjoyed the one meal that I ordered. There are better and cheaper day spas in Chiang Mai so I probably wouldn't use that service again. The resort booked a tour for me and it was smooth and easy....

"We had booked 6 nights, but only stayed 1 . It was so hot there that we couldn't sleep, no a.c just funs which blow hot air , not cooling at all. Next door neighbour had pigs, which makes very loud noises all night and cooks too.
