Traveled with a 4 year old and the guy at the reception gave us a key to the room that didn't work, then left the front desk. When we returned for a new key, no one was there and we all had to rest on a sofa in the restaurant till past midnight, until someone came back to give us a new key. Received a measly 7 Euro compensation for that mess.
Clean, nice rooms and good breakfast buffet, but bad customer service.
